Do you accept small orders?
Sure. If you are a small retailer or starting up a business, we are willing to grow up with you. In fact we are not requiring MOQ as long as the material and accessories are available. We are looking forward to co-work with you for a long-term relationship.
Do you offer free sample?
For stock samples, we can offer them for free if the shipping cost can be covered by you. For custom samples, it is not free because there is a solid direct cost added, such as printing molds, new sample production, etc. However, we could refund the custom sample cost if related bulk orders achieve a certain quantity.
Can you offer cheaper price?
We offer reasonable prices based on your requirements list to make sure quality is never compromised. We are looking for a win-win & long-term cooperation. Cheaper is always better – till something goes wrong. And something always seems to go wrong. Cheaper can mean lower quality and shipment delays.
What are your payment terms and order process?
We usually accept T/T(Telegraphic Transfer), Credit Cards, Paypal, Western Union, and L/C(Letter of Credit), etc. For small orders, normally we accept a 100% deposit. For big orders, we can discuss a 50% or 30% deposit and balance payment before shipping.
We can also accept online Alibaba Trade Assurance Orders.
